Umami Pork Buns
Wow! It was our first visit to umami ramen and dumpling bar and it won’t be our last! The pork buns were phenomenal! They were spiced just right and succulent. The pickled cucumbers added just the right crunch. My husband said that I’ll have to pick up at least 6 of these on a weekly basis on my way home for him. We also tried the ramen. I chose the miso ramen and my husband got the tonkatsu ramen. Both had distinctive broths and delicious tender meat in them. We can’t say enough about this place but go soon! Get the pork buns!
I ate there earlier in the day. The pork buns were amazing. I had them with the veggie dumplings. It was a really good combo. The dumplings were cooked to perfection with a caramelized bottom and soft lightly seasoned filling. If it can survive the construction, it will be the best new place that willie street has seen in years.
